Clinic Development Program for Aestheticians
Dermaculture (the "Company") is in the business of licensing skin treatment centers. The Company, in conjunction with its laboratories, produces a complete line of skin care products, which are currently sold to over 50 Iderm® treatment centers in nine different states. Dermaculture's Iderm® Deep Skin Ionization Process is generally known in the industry as the "galvanic" process. The Company markets this proprietary skin treatment technology to skin care professionals who have been licensed by their state in the field of cosmetology and/or esthetics.
The Company's core focus and strategy has been, and continues to be, to provide a comprehensive skin treatment system for problem skin. The primary market for the Company's products and treatments has been for men and women age 25-55. While this user group continues to drive sales in the clinics, there is a need to introduce the treatment process to the acne-prone adolescent population. Additionally, the Iderm® Deep Skin Ionization Process has also proven extremely effective in the medical arena, where it is recommended for pre and post laser and surgical procedures to re-hydrate the skin and boost the healing process. The positioning of the Iderm® treatment system as a beneficial association with today's laser procedures will be a key focus for the Company going forward.
We take pride in our training methods and techniques. We support educational programs ensuring a level of competence achieved by our Aestheticians as they work with Dermaculture clients across the country.
