A Note to the Doctor
Thank you for taking a moment of your time to learn of the many benefits Dermaculture has to offer you and your office. Just as the physical therapist is an indispensable asset to the orthopedic surgeon, so we believe Dermaculture is to the plastic surgeon.
Before Surgery
Frequently a patient scheduled for plastic surgery has impurities and blemishes in the skin that can threaten the desired results of both the doctor and patient. When the critical eye of the patient views the results of your surgical skills, there must be nothing visible to distract from your success and their total satisfaction. Dermaculture's Iderm® Deep Skin Ionization Process, a proprietary treatment technology, provides a deep pore cleansing that is scientifically designed to result in a blemish free skin, a prerequisite to this goal. We recommend 2-6 treatments prior to surgery depending on the patient's complexion.
After Surgery
One of the primary concerns of a patient following surgery is the required healing time. The positive ionization of the Dermaculture Iderm® Process accelerates mitotic division by increasing the positive charge within the nucleus of the skin cell. The dramatic results are a rapid healing of the facial tissue and reduction of redness and swelling.
Scar Tissue
Discolorations of the skin, keloid tissue, or pitting resulting from acne are all problems known to the plastic surgeon. By means of a series of negative Dermaculture Iderm® treatments, these imperfections can be painlessly softened and refined.
Collagen and Elastin
Dermaculture has revolutionized the method of introducing collagen with elastin into the skin. Following an even application of the Collagen Elastin Solution to the surface of the skin, Dermaculture effects a deep cellular penetration by means of their positive ionization treatment. The result is a uniformly moisturized and rejuvenated tone and texture to the tissues of the face, neck and upper chest.
